Interior Lighting Campaign Reduces Energy Costs

Retail partners in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings, Better Plants Interior Lighting Campaign met their energy goals this year, demonstrating that companies can cut costs with smart energy choices and driving lighting contractors to upgrade interior lighting.

“This hugely successful program involves thousands of facilities and has helped them avoid millions of metric tons of carbon emissions and save billions of dollars in energy costs.
